Standing Order template

This template helps a nurse or midwife prepare a standing order in accordance with the conditions of a hospital’s permit to purchase or otherwise obtain and use a poison or controlled substance for the provision of health services issued under the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981.
