The Guidelines aim to assist the pest control industry in complying with the legislation under which they are regulated, mainly the Act and the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2009 (the Regulations). Licensing of the pest control industry is designed to protect pest control operators, consumers, members of the public and the environment from harmful effects of pesticides.
