Each year the Department of Health and agencies in Victoria consume considerable quantities of water in the delivery of essential health services. As a result of the extended drought conditions in the state, the department is committed to reducing the environmental impact associated with its service delivery and is leading the Victorian Government's goal to reduce water consumption.
