Taking Oral Health Education out to the Children

The aim of conducting outreach screening sessions was threefold. 1.To let parents/guardians know that the service existed (and is free for all children under the age of 13). 2.To identify the children who were in need of treatment and facilitate getting them into the service in a timely fashion. 3.An opportunity to provide oral health education on an individual basis with children.
