Summary

This report contains the key findings from the first ever Victorian Population Health Survey of People with an Intellectual Disability 2009. The study represents a significant leap in understanding the health and wellbeing of Victorians with an intellectual disability. The report made comparisons between survey findings about people with an intellectual disability and the health of the general population.
