The toolkit comprises:

It’s about you brochure describes how an organisation can use the ASM to deliver services. It describes the general approach to service delivery. It doesn’t refer to specific service types.
It’s about you fact sheet also describes how an organisation can use the ASM to deliver services. It presents the information in the brochure more simply.
It’s about you posters, which can be printed as A4 or A3. There are five posters:
- It’s about you poster 1 – Woman at a letterbox
- It’s about you poster 2 – Two people doing tai chi
- It’s about you poster 3 – Man gardening
- It’s about you poster 4 – Woman with her pet
- It’s about you poster 5 – Event version
Image bank contains images that service providers can use to develop their own resources that explain the ASM approach. The images are of actual clients, carers, volunteers and workers. The department must review each proposed use so service providers use the images appropriately and as agreed by the individuals. Please complete the Request to use ASM toolkit images form and return it to the department with a near final copy of the draft communication material. The ASM communications handbook has more details on this process and the approval process. Or you can contact your ASM industry consultant.
