- Complaints about healthcare workers who are not registered may be made to the Health Complaints Commissioner.
Anyone can make a complaint about the performance or conduct of a healthcare worker.
Complaints about registered health practitioners
Make your complaint about a registered health practitioner either to the:
- Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, or
- Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner.
Complaints about other healthcare workers
Make your complaint about an unregistered healthcare worker to the Health Complaints Commissioner.
