The Victorian Consultative Council on Anaesthetic Mortality and Morbidity (VCCAMM) provides advice to the Minister for Health and the Department of Health and Human Services on avoidable causes of morbidity and mortality related to anaesthesia.

VCCAMM was established in 1976 and works closely with anaesthetists and hospitals across Victoria to improve the reporting of anaesthesia-related adverse events and to reduce clinical risk.
