Victoria’s Mothers, Babies and Children 2014 and 2015 presents key findings and recommendations arising from the review of births and deaths by the Consultative Council on Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity (CCOPMM).

The report contains comprehensive data on all maternal, perinatal and paediatric mortality and morbidity, with additional data on birthing outcomes. Whilst the report enables the analysis of health information related to Victorian mothers, babies and children, it also highlights areas of clinical risk to inform practice, health policy and system planning.

This report continues with a similar format to the Victorian Mothers, Babies and Children 2012-13, with a selection of high level priority areas and recommendations focusing on system level issues along with individual sections focusing on births, perinatal, child and adolescent and maternal mortality.
