Adult experiences of care in public hospitals – 2016 is compiled from over 30,000 Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey questionnaires completed by patients who were admitted to a Victorian public hospital in 2016 as same-day patients or for one or more nights. The report contains statewide and service level results for the overall rating of care, aspects of care, discharge experience and the discharge experience index.
