The Victorian Government is committed to providing a world-leading service system for Victorians experiencing mental illness.
The Victorian Government has established the $10 million Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Facilities Renewal Fund 2016-17 as part of its commitment to providing a world-leading service system for Victorians experiencing mental illness.
Facilities Renewal grants will help support minor capital works for mental health clinical and youth residential rehabilitation - mental health community support services to improve ageing state owned facilities to be fit for purpose and meet current day environmental and functional standards and deliver the best experience of care.
Funding could be used to provide facilities that promote least restrictive practice, improve the experience of service for consumers and carers or enhance quality and safety.
Applications closed on 8 December 2016.
It is expected that successful health services will be advised in early 2017.
