Trusts should complete the permit and provide the purchaser with the original permit and a copy of the fact sheet, which provides additional general information on the right of interment.
Trusts should keep a copy of the signed permit for their records and use the documents in conjunction with their right of interment register.
The interactive Word version of the permit has been designed for completion online.
