    To view the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 2017:

    1. Under 'Search', click the 'Statutory Rules' radio button.
    2. Type 'Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 2017' in the search field.
    3. Click 'START SEARCH'.
    4. Click on 'Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 2017' when search results come up and then select how you would like to open the document.

The regulatory impact statement and the proposed Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 2017 were open for public comment from 23 March to 20 April 2017. Submissions from stakeholders were considered in the preparation of the new Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 2017.
