The 'new' fee applies to a new application for a licence or permit and to an amendment to an existing licence or permit where an inspection may be required, for example, a change of premises, a change of ownership (legal entity) or the addition of poisons schedules. The fees are:
-
A new licence or permit fee – this is required where there is a change in the legal entity. Licences and permits are not transferable from one legal entity to another legal entity.
-
A renewal fee – this applies to the annual renewal of existing licences and permits.
-
An amendment fee – this only applies to amendments to licences and permits where an inspection is not required. For example, addition of a health service campus.
