Vaccine coverage data

Quarterly vaccine coverage data are available for these age cohorts:

  • 12 months to less than 15 months
  • 24 months to less than 27 months
  • 60 months to less than 63 months.

Data are reported in percentage ranges, both nationally and by state and territory.

Vaccine error data

Data on notified vaccine errors in Victoria by the type of error are shown in Table 1.
