Ministerial Statement of Expectations to increase regulator efficiency and effectiveness

The future of Victoria’s Safe Drinking Water Regulations

The Safe Drinking Water Regulations 2015 have been made. The new Regulations commenced on 18 July 2015. Copies of the new Regulations can be obtained from the Victorian Legislation and Parliamentary Documents website. Guidance will be available in the ‘Regulation guidance notes’ section.

Annual report on drinking water quality in Victoria 2014–15

The 11th report produced under the Safe Drinking Water Act 2003 is now available. The theme of this year's report is 'Partners in providing safe drinking water'.

In accordance with the Act, the Minister for Health tabled this report in Parliament on 8 March 2016.
